i had the most mediocre stay at Palazzo Bontadosi. the pillows were hardly fluffier than a pancake, and i never received even a token welcome drink. a complimentary upgrade would’ve been nice, if only to make up for the dullness. i almost gave a good review but just couldn't, truly disappointing!

Montefalco is charming, and we loved our Junior Suite with breathtaking valley views. The kids enjoyed the little restaurants nearby, which made dining easy and fun. The spacious rooms with air conditioning were perfect for our large family of seven, creating a comfortable home base.
My kids wished for a larger pool area for family fun.
